Frij came up with a simple list of relieving tension, effectively (atleast it has worked on his anatomy) :
Of course, there's no beating exercise and a healthy diet. Keeping in shape is a good way to fight stress but again "Good health is merely the slowest possible rate at which one can die" . Its your call.

Frij came up with a simple list of relieving tension, effectively (atleast it has worked on his anatomy) :
- Take deep breaths, through the nostrils and out the mouth. This is a very calming workaround and if coupled with some good aroma can be an effective stress reliever. For a quick dose of good aroma, just stand by the hallway where ladies from the comfort room are exiting. Jasmine? Rose? (not suggested for the ladies though). Repeat 5 times or as needed.
- Stretching. Long hours of sitting accumulates stress and energy becomes stagnant. Raise hands for 10 seconds (this will relieve shoulder tension), walk around for a few minutes whether in place or the hallway. Drinking plenty of fluids will make nature's calling often, thus, associating walking with making trips to the comfort room.
- Stimulants. Frij has categorized them into two - the bad kind and the good kind. Bad Kind: Coffee, Smoking and Alcohol, they actually increase stress levels. With coffee though, Frij found it better to smell the coffee bean aroma as a way of relieving stress. Good Kind: A Little Chocolate and Ice Cream. Frij calls them the "happy food" as they tend to increase ones endorphin levels.
- Lose Yourself. Freaking out, Shouting, Hitting the Punching Bag, Daydreaming for a few minutes, or if your a local, Frij suggest visiting the "Wall of Fury" for a good plate throwing, vase cracking, TV smashing session, don't forget to curse while you're at it.
